DAVE STEFFY

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Dave started his real estate career in Irvine, CA in 1986, and a few years later moved to North San Diego County where he joined Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. Although the name of the company has changed over the years (BRE, Cassidy Turley, DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield) and now Palomar Commercial, Dave has continued to focus and build strong relationships with business and property owners in North San Diego County.

 

Dave and his wife, June, raised three children in Carlsbad enjoying boating, soccer, dancing, surfing, golf and all of the fantastic outdoor activities that southern California has to offer. 

 

Dave graduated college from The University of San Diego and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in North San Diego County.
