Kent Moore specializes in the North San Diego County Industrial/Office market providing Tenant and Landlord representation services as well as analyzing Commercial property investment opportunities for clients.  With 30 years of Industrial/Office property specialization, Kent offers clients a recognized resource to represent their interests and needs in pursuit of their financial and commercial real estate objectives.

 

Kent began his commercial real estate career in 1986 with Grubb & Ellis and has been a consistent top producer over the last 30 years. Prior to his real estate career, and after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from San Diego State University, Kent worked for IBM Corporation as a Manufacturing Industry Marketing Specialist for four years.  There he was responsible for the sales and marketing of manufacturing computer systems and software to industrial firms within San Diego County.

 

Kent resides in Carlsbad and has 2 sons. He is also an avid surfer, golfer and snowboarder.
